  • Gameplay — maintaining your game state, hand, actions, and history
  • Rankings — computing and displaying ELO scores and season leaderboards
  • Profile — showing your public profile to other players (if not set to private)

Local Storage

Voltrine uses your browser's localStorage to store two items:

  • Authentication token — to keep you logged in
  • Account ID — to identify your session

These are strictly necessary for the application to function. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. No cookie consent banner is needed since this data is essential for authentication.

Third-Party Services

Voltrine relies on the following external services:

  • Lockhart — our authentication service, which handles login and password management
  • Google Fonts — for loading typefaces (Orbitron, Roboto, Cinzel Decorative)

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data (profile, statistics, game history) will be permanently removed.
